Can two agents see the same conversation at the same time?

Yes - the inbox is a true shared view. dripBot shows a "viewing now" indicator so a teammate knows you are already on the conversation before they jump in. Avoid collisions without locking anyone out.
What happens after the 24-hour reply window closes?

Once 24 hours pass since the last inbound message, Meta requires a pre-approved template to re-engage. The composer auto-detects this and switches to the template picker - no broken sends, no policy violations.
Can we add internal notes to a conversation?

Yes. Notes are visible only to your team, never sent to the customer. Use them for handoffs, customer context, or escalation notes. Notes appear inline in the conversation timeline.
