What does the free plan really include?

Starter is free forever. You get 500 contacts, 2,000 WhatsApp messages a month, 1,000 AI generations a month, 1 seat and unlimited Instagram automation with a small Powered by dripBot line on automated Instagram DMs.

What does you pay Meta directly mean?

Your WhatsApp Business Account is billed by Meta for WhatsApp template messages. dripBot does not add any markup on those Meta rates.

What happens when the meter runs out?

Campaigns pause until the next monthly reset or until you upgrade to Growth. Nothing is deleted.

What happens if my subscription lapses?

There is a 7-day grace period. After that, the account drops to the free plan with all data intact.
