Refund Policy

Free Trial

All new accounts start with a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. You will not be charged anything until you choose to subscribe to a paid plan after your trial ends. If you do not subscribe, your account will simply become inactive at the end of the trial period - no charges, no hassle.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings under Billing. When you cancel:

• Your account remains active and usable until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged again after cancellation
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing period

Refund Eligibility

We issue refunds in the following circumstances:

• Technical failure: If a verified technical error on our side prevented you from using the service for more than 48 consecutive hours during your billing period, we will issue a prorated refund for the affected days.
• Duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
• Consumer protection requirements: Where applicable Indian law grants you a statutory right to a refund, we will honor it.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Subscription fees for months already in use where the service was available
• Fees paid for months where your account was suspended due to policy violations
• Meta WhatsApp message charges (per delivered template message, per Meta's pricing model) - these are charged by Meta, not dripBot, and are governed by Meta's own billing policies
• Any add-on services or one-time fees, unless a specific error occurred

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@dripbot.in with:

• Your registered email address
• The reason for your refund request
• The relevant invoice or transaction ID

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade your plan mid-cycle, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. You will not receive a partial refund for the remainder of the current billing period on your higher-tier plan.

Plan Upgrades

If you upgrade your plan mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remaining days in your current billing period at the higher plan rate. Your new billing period will then start at the full higher-tier price.
