How many contacts can I message in one campaign?

There is no hard cap from dripBot - your plan limit applies. The Pro plan supports 15,000 contacts and the Business plan is unlimited. Meta WhatsApp Cloud API has its own daily messaging tier limits that grow as your quality rating improves.

How fast are bulk campaigns sent?

dripBot dispatches in parallel through the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, typically completing a 10,000-contact send in under 15 minutes. Actual throughput depends on your Meta messaging tier and the time of day.

Do I need to get Meta-approved templates first?

Yes, for business-initiated bulk campaigns Meta requires a pre-approved template. dripBot includes a guided template builder and the approval submission flow. Most templates approve within a few hours.

How does opt-out management work?

Every dripBot campaign respects an automatic opt-out list. When a contact replies with "STOP" (or any variant), they are added to the tenant-level blocklist and excluded from future campaigns. Campaigns auto-pause if the opt-out rate crosses a threshold.

Can I segment contacts before sending?
