Please read these terms carefully before using DripBot. By using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using DripBot, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business, and agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws.
DripBot provides a WhatsApp marketing automation platform that enables businesses to send bulk WhatsApp campaigns, manage contacts, automate messaging sequences, and handle customer conversations using the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately at support@dripbot.in if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
You agree to use DripBot only for lawful purposes and in compliance with WhatsApp's Business Policy and Meta's Terms of Service. You must not use DripBot to:
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of DripBot complies with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy, Terms of Service, and Commerce Policy. You must only message contacts who have explicitly opted in to receive WhatsApp communications from your business.
All message templates must be approved by Meta before use in campaigns. DripBot will assist with template submission but cannot guarantee Meta's approval.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as chosen at signup. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include Meta's WhatsApp messaging charges, which are billed directly by Meta.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
DripBot offers a free Starter plan with no time limit. The free plan is subject to usage limits as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with reasonable notice.
DripBot and all associated software, designs, logos, and content are owned by DripBot and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform or content without express written permission.
You retain ownership of all content and data you upload to DripBot. By uploading content, you grant DripBot a limited licence to use it solely for providing the service.
Your use of DripBot is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to collect and process the contact data you upload to DripBot.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DripBot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
DripBot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We disclaim all warranties to the extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use DripBot ceases immediately.
You may close your account at any time. Unused subscription time is not refunded except as provided in our Refund Policy.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
