We want you to be happy with DripBot. If something goes wrong, here is how we handle refunds and cancellations.
Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged anything.

To request a refund, email us at billing@dripbot.in within 7 days of the charge with:
We will review and respond to your request within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days depending on your payment method.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Cancelling does not automatically delete your account or data. You can continue using the free plan after cancellation.
WhatsApp messaging costs are charged directly by Meta (Facebook) to your Meta Business account. These charges are completely separate from your DripBot subscription. DripBot does not add any markup to Meta's messaging costs and cannot issue refunds for Meta charges.
